Pre-qualification as Operator

Discover Petroleum AS is in the process of being pre-qualified as Operator on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Evaluation meeting with the NPD and PTIL is scheduled fall 2007, and final approval is anticipated in advance of the APA 07. The company has submitted a comprehensive application for APA 07 inclusive Operatorship. The award of new licenses in APA 07 is supposed to take place in December 2007.
